Old-vine grenache planted to terra rossa soils, matured in Slavonian oak foudre for 11 months. Plenty of flavour here, the fruit a prism of redcurrant, cranberry, pomegranate and pineberries. It's delightfully crunchy, the brightness of fruit roughed up by a tangle of tannins and a dusting of garrigue. Delicious! I love the gentle handling at this estate; approachable, food-friendly luncheon wine, repeat.
